Medical Assistance in Dying

On or before December 13, 2018, the CCA will release its three final reports on MAID: The State of Knowledge on Medical Assistance in Dying for Mature Minors; The State of Knowledge on Advance Requests for Medical Assistance in Dying; and The State of Knowledge on Medical Assistance in Dying Where a Mental Disorder is the Sole Underlying Medical Condition. The reports will be released following their tabling in Parliament.

The three reports, as well as a summary of the reports, will be available free for download in both English and French on our website.
