Council of Canadian Academies appoints three members to its Scientific Advisory Committee

The Council of Canadian Academies is pleased to announce the appointment of Marcel Côté, Daniel Krewski, and  Louis Fortier to its Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC). They will each serve a three-year term starting June 2010.

“The Council is pleased to have Mr. Côté, Dr. Krewski, and Dr. Fortier join the Scientific Advisory Committee,” said Elizabeth Parr-Johnston, Chair of the Council’s Board of Governors. “They bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that will strengthen the scientific breadth of SAC and will ensure this body continues to offer high quality advice on the questions and policy issues assessed by the Council’s expert panels.”
