Pascal Grenier is President, Defense & Security and a member of CAE’s Executive Management Committee. He oversees the global defense portfolio and strategic oversight for the U.S. Defense & Security segment, enhancing alignment and cohesion across CAE’s global defence operations. Mr. Grenier’s mandate includes strengthening the Defense business to enable optimization and growth, driving a global portfolio through a unified go‑to‑market approach, and reaffirming CAE as the trusted defence partner to achieve faster, scalable mission readiness across the training ecosystem.
Mr. Grenier has been working at CAE for more than 25 years and has built and led some of the company’s most critical global operational functions — from Engineering and Manufacturing to Sourcing/Procurement, Quality Assurance, Innovation, IT, and Digital Solutions — serving all of CAE’s business units.
Most recently, Mr. Grenier served as President, Flightscape, an integral part of the company’s business focused on developing digital crew and flight management solutions for airlines and business aviation operators. Prior to this role, he led the Global Operations team as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Technologies & Innovation.
Mr. Grenier has served on multiple boards for different collegial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique. He is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
